When we built our facility, we went to great expense and effort to make them the highest QUALITY storage units anywhere. Added construction details offer our customers far more than any other facility can offer. We have plywood roofing covered with architectural shingles to eliminate condensation. We also have overhangs with oversized gutters and downspouts to eliminate dripping and splashing near the doors. We installed plastic under the concrete to prevent condensation from coming through the floor. We believe these extras make for the driest, cleanest storage possible. When you remove your personal items from our units they should be just the way they were when you stored them.
Rentals are on a month-to-month basis. We only require a 30-day notice of intention to vacate your storage unit. We require a $50 security deposit and a $12 administration fee.
Use your own lock and key. Padlocks are available for purchase in our office if you need one. Our gated facility is open from: 7am-7pm 7 Days/week Winter gate hours: Gate closes at 5pm every night from Nov 1st- Mar 31st. All units are ground level.
